Where are you based?

I am based in Aspendale, however, I am available to travel throughout Victoria (and do so on a regular basis)!

How long HAVE you been doing makeup for?

I have been painting faces for over a decade now and have worked across many areas of makeup including fashion, advertising, television, theatre and, of course, bridal.

What makeup do you use?

My makeup kit is made up from a range of quality brands including MAC, Bobbi Brown, Nars, Giorgio Armani, and Stilla.

how many makeup’s can you do in a bridal party?

Generally, if there is more than eight  faces to complete, I will organise to bring along an assistant. This also depends on how much time we have allocated for makeup. If you do have a large bridal party, just let me know and we can go from there.

Do you do hair as well?

No, I specialise only in makeup, however I am happy to recommend fantastic hairdressers for you.

Do you offer trials, and should I book one?

Trials are the perfect opportunity to get to know me, and try out a few options before your big day. They are essential in ensuring I achieve the perfect makeup for you, and that there is no added stress on your big day! Trial’s normally take place at my home in Aspendale on Fridays (unless I am working with a bride for a Friday wedding).

What do I need to know before my trial?

It’s best to start with a clean moisturized face, without any makeup on at all.

The trial takes between 1-2 hours, including time for a sit-down consultation. A trial cannot be rushed and we both work together to perfect your look.

Once the trial is completed to your satisfaction and you confirm your intent to book my services I will then create and send out a Wedding Schedule for your wedding day. I also include a detailed face chart that includes all the products and brands I have used on your trial, so if you wish to purchase them for the future, you can.

As trials are generally run from my home, it is preferable to bring just one or two close friends with you for support and guidance!

Additionally, bring with your inspirational images of makeup that you love. These could be images of my work, images of your own makeup, or even images you find on social media that you find inspiring.

How would you describe your makeup style?

My favorite style is simply enhancing a bride’s natural beauty.  I love natural but flawless makeup, luminous skin and beautiful thick lashes. (Natural makeup does not mean no makeup, it’s actually harder to perfect, with a lot of blending.)  Every face has different features and I love to bring out the best in each face I come across.
